Patient Participation Group Meeting 14th May

The surgery’s next patient participation group meeting is on Tuesday 14th May, starting early evening at 6.30pm and finishing at 7.30pm.

The event will be at the surgery in Invermead Close, London W6 0QG.

There is no need to register for the event, you can just turn up and the meeting will be a general introduction:

  • About Park Medical Centre and our Primary Care Network of five local GP surgeries.
  • What is a Patient Participation Group? How do I get involved? How does it help to improve services?
  • Question and Answer session

Everyone is welcome, so come along and find out more about what we have been doing to try and improve services, and to let us know what you would like us to focus on in 2024.
